Our suction roll overhauls have a proven track record of reliability and performance. We offer overhaul services for our own rolls and all other manufacturers’ rolls.

Our suction roll overhaul program is an in-house, comprehensive process that includes disassembly, inspection, engineering recommendations, repairs, reassembly, and quality control. To support roll overhauls around the United States, our in-house logistics team and trucking service will work to meet downtime deadlines.

Trucking and Logistics: A fleet of trucks are available to service customers across the East Coast, Deep South, and Mid-Western regions.
Disassembly and Inspection: Once the roll has been disassembled at our facility, inspectors mic and record critical sizes on all components.
Overhaul Recommendations: Our engineering department reviews the inspection report and prepares a list of recommendations. However, we give customers the freedom to review the recommendations and inspect the roll at our facility.
Complete Repairs: Upon customer approval, engineering prepares drawings and our manufacturing team completes the customer accepted repairs.
Assembly and Quality Control: The roll is reassembled with new parts while quality is ensured by detailed inspections throughout reassembly.
