Every component of our creation of a dryer section, from engineering to manufacturing to installation, is centered on optimizing your machine for maintenance efficiency and sheet moisture profile. Before any dryer section process begins, our team carefully consults will mill maintenance and facility management to complete machine evaluations. At this stage, we’re gathering information about the typical problems areas:
Designing and Manufacturing Dryer Sections
- Ease of Maintenance
- Moisture Percentage
- Component Replacement
Work with our engineering team to develop a dryer system suitable to your exact needs. If your grade is too saturated, we can create new equipment with reconfigured cylinder arrangements or additional rolls to improve sheet moisture.
Within our equipment, we incorporate roll handling features, drive systems, roll doctors, steam syphons, felting components and our patented TL™ Rolls for quick roll changes. To make equipment investment economical, we can incorporate the reuse of existing components that still have a significant amount of usable life remaining.

Dryer Section Equipment Options
Whether you’re looking for a complete dryer section replacement, a section replacement reusing some of the machine components you already have, or a component replacement, we have you covered:
Benefits of the Open Frame
- Easier Threading: the frames are designed to make the up-going thread position visible and accessible for threading, sheet inspection, and broke removal.
- Efficient Remove of Dryers: the frame design allows the removal of minimal dryers and framing to remove a dryer for maintenance or inspection.
- Cleaner Roll and Equipment Mounting: felt rolls, doctors, and PV equipment can be mounted much easier than conventional dryer framing.
A Range of Options
- Open Frame Design
- Closed Frame Design
- Dryer Cylinders
- Single-Tier Dryer
- Double-Tier Dryer
