R-V has extensive experience manufacturing a variety of waste containment vessels for spent nuclear fuel. We have worked with government organizations and private sector companies to deliver fabrication services. Since a NQA-1 certification was acquired in 2005, we’ve delivered thousands of nuclear waste containment vessels representing millions of dollars of value. This includes several multi-million dollar contracts.
For large quantity projects, our investments in tooling, automated welding, robotic welding, and production line assemblies provide customers with competitive pricing and repeatable quality across hundreds of vessels.
Despite large quantity capabilities, our quality program collects data throughout the manufacturing process at an individual level for each vessel with traveler documentation.
