- Receive approval to proceed

- Layout and analyze your process and equipment
- Develop concepts which align with the project objectives outlined in the scope document
- Hold design/review sessions for concept approval
- Create a functional requirement specification as required
- Provide detailed quote for an “Implementation Phase”
- Establish project schedule
- Assist customer with ROI predictions and analysis
- Receive approval to proceed
Implementation Phase
- Generate complete technical documentation package for the equipment
- Execute schedule and cash flow reporting
- Provide technical support for manufacturing, installation and commissioning of equipment
