R-V Industries is a custom fabrication company specializing in large, complex fabrications using high nickel alloys and other specialty materials. With 200,000 sq. ft. of fabrication facilities and a dedicated 25,000 sq. ft. stainless steel and alloy-only fabrication area, the company is well-equipped to handle a wide range of industrial manufacturing projects.

We offer complete, design and engineering, fabrication, machining, assembly and finishing services.

Materials

The company works with a variety of specialty alloys, including:

• High nickel alloys: Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel
• Stainless steels: 300 and 400 series
• Other specialty alloys: AL6XN, C276, 17-4 PH, RA253 and RA353 MA, Duplex 2205
• Aluminum and carbon steel

Fabrication capabilities

• Pressure vessel design and manufacturing (ASME certified)
• Large weldments up to 60 tons
• Plate rolling up to 10′ x 3/4″ carbon steel
• CNC cutting with high-precision plasma and torch systems
• Forming with press brakes up to 400 tons
• Advanced welding techniques, including robotic welding and K-Tig automated welding

Machining capabilities

• CNC turning up to 40″ diameter and 120″ length
• Horizontal machining centers with 5-axis capabilities
• Vertical turret lathe up to 70″ diameter

Quality assurance

• Comprehensive NDE and testing equipment
• ASME code welding with “U, S, and UM” stamps
• NQA-1 certification and National Board ‘R’ Stamp
