To provide a wide array of manufacturing services, extensive investment in equipment and machinery is necessary. Why? Because the value of providing industrial solutions on time and in budget requires under-one-roof manufacturing. It’s this belief that has led us to invest in our own machining shop, that supports the rest of the services we offer.
We offer a wide range of machining capabilities from small and large prototype parts, production run parts to large custom vessel-type weldments. Most of our machinists have over 30 years of experience and are adaptive in machining all types of materials. We are accustomed to machining anything from solid round bar, plate, castings, and weldments.
Our inspection department is backed up by a Portable Faro Arm CMM and a Creaform Portable 3D Laser Scanner, calibrated annually by a third party. The in-house engineering department utilizes AutoCad, Solidworks, and GibbsCam programming software to give clear instructions and guidance in support of our machining team.
